What if I can't make it to the live coaching calls?

Girl, I get it! Life is so crazy. I encourage you to get creative with your work schedule and childcare supports to be there live- that's really where the magic and transformation happens. That being said, I completely honor your unique circumstances and understand that isn't possible for everyone. There will be replays available within 24 hours of each coaching call, so you won't miss any of the content and discussion!

I have another health condition I'm working through- is this right for me?

The foundations of health that we learn in Thrive Mama apply to so many symptoms and conditions. I have experience supporting clients with PCOS, painful periods, chronic migraines, autoimmune conditions, insulin resistance, high cholesterol, infertility, and anxiety/depression. Your healing plan will absolutely support any ongoing health concerns you may have.

There will be 1 hour of live coaching every other week, plus ~1 hour of pre-recorded deep live lessons on alternating non-coaching weeks.

Will I have to follow a strict diet or meal plan?

I do not believe in calorie counting, strict protocols, or restriction. I'm here to help you build a long-term plan for thriving. You don't need to restrict your favorite foods to feel amazing every day- we are all about balance here.

Will this program help me lose weight?

I believe deeply in a size-inclusive and trauma-sensitive model of health coaching. I also acknowledge that, for some of us, the extra weight we are carrying around feels like a barrier to feeling vibrant and healthy.


I do not coach directly with weight loss as a goal. AND, when we balance blood sugar, help the nervous system shift into safety and presence, optimize hormones, and replenish nutrient deficiencies, we often see changes in weight as a result of overall healing.


As we help the body feel safe, our weight can rebalance to match. But my goal is to help you feel energized, vibrant, and connected, at absolutely any size.


A core piece of our work is also self-love and self-worth mindsets. We lovingly release the decades of conditioning that convinces us that we need to be smaller to feel better in our bodies, so that by the end of our work, whatever weight loss naturally happens is no longer the center of the show.

I've tried other diets and programs that didn't stick. How is this different?

Most nutrition plans focus on just the food, without integrating whole body wellness. If you are already feeling overwhelmed and tired, then add a bunch of new to-do items, it's naturally going to be very hard to stick with it.


The key is healing the nervous system as we go, to break out of overwhelm and stress cycles. Thrive Mama weaves together mind-body-soul wellness, and layers in the nervous system healing every step of the way to create capacity for these healthy changes to take root in your life.
