We will be gathering online via zoom- details will be sent to the email you used at checkout. Recordings will be made available if you cannot make it live, but we encourage you to work with your schedule now to come live if at all possible- the energy and experience of gathering together cannot be beat!
It is not important if your actual menstrual cycle aligns with the dates above, or if you are not currently menstruating- we will be learning about each phase in alignment with the moon, which can then be applied to your own natural rhythm.
